Do you wear matching socks?

Ha! Ha! That's really funny. But with boys/men it's not that bad if you're wearing pants with loose ends like the bellbottom ones or at least the pants are long enough to cover them. I remember one time my husband came back from work and I noticed his socks didn't match. They were the same design and almost the same shade but one was darker. I was laughing at him. Well, I always fold matching socks together so it's easy to pick them.

I very rarely wear matching socks. I think that wearing odd socks, apart from being easier as you don't need to find 2 socks the same, looks more fun, you can hae stripey on one foot and spotty on the other!

I always match my socks. To me, there is just something about socks not matching that I cannot handle. If I ever have socks that come out of the wash without their exact counterpart, I will keep them separate from all of my other clothing until I can find the other one. That being said, I do not have any negative feelings towards people who do wear different socks. To me, what other people do is up to them. I just personally do not like the idea of two different socks on my feet!

I always wear matching socks. I actually collect decorative socks so I always wear some time of colorful wacky socks. There is even a site that sells purposely mismatched socks they are colorful and cute. The site is apporiately named miss matched.com

Yep I do wear matching socks. Every pair comes in a different color so it's easy for me to identify them. Maybe what you're wearing are same colored socks. Am I right?

Hi, danrunfast614. Not on purposely do I wear non matching socks. I usually will wear matching socks. Now, a couple of times, I may have worn an different color sock because of me not paying attention to what I have on. And, that is the only time. And if I can't find the exact sock color to go along with the other color, then I may wear non matching socks on purpose. Only at home, though.

I usually wear matching socks but there are times when I have ended up with a black and a blue or brown and a black but never a white and black ..to each is own lol.The fact of the matter is sometimes I cannot find a matching pair and as such I have to settle for a mismatch and then there are other times when I end up with a mismatch by error

I find this a funny topic and I will be honest with you that I wear non matching socks all the time, why Im not sure but for me I tend to stick with the same color just different types. Now do I like to wear ones that dont match? Not really but like you said I guess I am just being lazy so either way I fit with you here in this discussion. Take care and Mylotting to you!

I usually wear matching socks. When I don't it's by accident. I just woke up or it's dark in the room. I have mismatched socks, but they are usually black so one can tell the difference anyhow.

I always wear matching socks, usually white socks from either umbro or nike because they are the ones I have.

LOL, i used to be lazy like you. I'd just pick som random socks from a sock basket and juz put'em on. This is only when i wear long pants which could cover up my shoes. If not, I would wear matching socks and put in some effort in finding the same one. I have got a friend who wore the same pair(Non-matching) socks to school everyday!

I only buy white socks. That way if one gets lost or holey, I dig in the sock bag and grab another. They are all the same color and brand. So, they will always match.

I'm not a sock wearer, but as long as you're not getting dressed to go someplace fancy, I think it doesn't matter at all if they match. Clean sock are clean socks, wear them!

Of course I will wear matching socks. It is easy because every time I put the pair of socks together and therefore I won't spend long time finding the socks. I love China

well of course i do. but when i was a boy i did wear unmatched socks. one blue and the other white. totally opposite. anyways, i was kind of humiliating experience. i was wearing short shorts and shirt and shoes with socks on. but i don't do that being an adult though some times we can hide it with our long pants. but i don't want to do that. and i don't wear socks any more that often. i don't go to work i am a stay at home person now.

I cannot go out without matching socks. I think it will be so weird for me if I wear not matching socks. I will feel not comfortable during my outings. My habit is either wear matching socks or no socks at all. Cheers.

I always wear a matching socks but if i am lazy and want to see different colors, i don't lol. There are times if I am late for work that i wear not the matching socks especially if i can't find it's pair. It's not a habit but I feel it unavoidable sometimes hehe. Who would want to be late, right? Yeah of course I can prepare my things before going to work so I wouldn't be late, that's why it only happens if I feel lazy lol.

I usually wear matching socks when i am supposed to go somehwere formal, like, say some dinner party with relatives or some function by school authorities, but otherwise, i am quite fine with wearing mismatched socks. Besides, it saves time.

i always wear matched socks ... this when i go to the sports center. my two boys always look for the other pair when they are misplaced and wear matching socks. seldom do i see people wearing mismatched socks here. if they see one, he will be easily noticed and surely stares will be cast on him. can't help it, some people even call that person's attention that he wore a mismatched pair of socks thinking that he might have done it without being aware. i see my niece in nj wearing colorful mismatched socks. when they visited the philippines, her mother (my sister), told my niece not to wear them here as it is seldom done here.
