How do you choose to rate discussions here? Do you just give thumbs up to everything you read or do you just read topics you might give a thumbs up to? Any comments on the ratings here?

Hi brothertuck, I always give a rating on every discussion that I involved. All of it I give + rate (except one or two spamming post). Since this is a discussion, it is normal is we saw a few responses or comments that we didn't agree with. But that is not a reason for us to give it a - rate. That is his/her opinion on the matter. And we should appreciated it. Rating is important for everybody since it is count on our earning equation. Mean that if we have higher rating, our earnings will be more on the same response compare if our rating is lower. So, for me it is very important to give a rating on everyone posts as a sing of appreciation for their time and opinions.

If the discussion and responses are good, then I will rate them with a plus. I usullay rate users with a plus. I only rate negatve if they are eman and vidictive or they use a referral in the discussion. Some users will abuse the rating systm and rate sanother user with a negatie if they don't agree with them, and mylot said that we aren't do to that. Even if I don't agree with other users, I will still rate them with a positive. WWe are all trying to raise our ratings here, so I think we should help each ohter out, and not give negaties. I do halp newbies that have questions they need answereed, and if htey post a referal link, I will tell them that it is a violation. I know when I do that, I will lose earnings and maybe ratings, but I want them to know what they can't do in hereso it doesn't happen again. Good luck to you and happy mylotting.

I rarely ever give out ratings that are un-positive. I'd only give those out if the person only gives like a one or two word answer, and hasn't even read the content of the discussion, but guessed what it's about because of the title. That totally gets to me! I'd also rate people bad if they start using language that isn't acceptable. Other than that, if I see a good response, I rate it positive. I rate everyone positive that replies to my discussions, I mean it's the least I can do as a thankyou.

I only give a + rating to an specially wonderful post or answer. You can´t give candy to everyone.. As for the minus rating, I give it to rude people or people who should alteady know the site´s rules but still don´t abide them. I have a great problem when giving best answer. Sometimes I have a wonderful response to a post and it seems I should give a best answer to everyone. ThereI try to choose the best and give plus ratings to the others. Happy posting!

I only use the + rating if I find one discussion especially interesting. I have never given a - rating yet, though. I don't think that anything could be so bad that would provoke me to - rate a discussion. Unless it is VERY terrible, I won't rate any discussion negatively.

Hi! I firstly read the discussion. If there is anything to praise I give a "plus", if there is something frustrating for me I give "minus". Unfortunately, mainly I don't give anything as long as most posts are nothing special.
