Hello my friend You know my intentions was to mention the headset but it got lost in translation I have used headsets in the past I went more without unfortunately, my boss was the type that always had his phone glued to his ear I told him to get a headset and he did not sure if he still uses it but I explained to him the dangers he may face without it, he really needed to use one I think they may have been invented for him that is how much he stayed on his phone Great post my friend, thanks.

Hi taztheone, Mobile phones are so popular and considered it as an essential one in our day to day life. Many are aware about the problems by using a mobile phone but I don’t think anybody is concerned and reducing the use of mobile phone. I have seen that many people are talking long hours through mobile. I have been using a mobile phone for the last one and a half years only that also for emergency purpose. I am depending more on Land phone than mobile.

Hey, Its really really nice to see your response.Ya people do talk because many are not aware about the consequences & some even though aware does not care because talking on the phone is given more priority. Since the effects are not immediate, no body will understand things faster. Also If you talk for long, you might have noticed, the area around your ear will get heated & this will cause tissue damage & after some time, this will result in reduced hearing effects. But you can always use a headset to be on the safer side Happy Lotting

Yes, i use mobile. Now adays everyone has his own mobile, no matter if he is poor or child or oldman. But we must use as a need & not as a toy. Also we must keep it away from our body, as some ladies keep it in their purses, when it is not used. It must be used in emergency only. So that we can avoid its bad effects & use it wisely as it is necessity also as you have said.

Right from the barber & chaiwala to Bill gates, every one has a mobile. Since the side effects are not immediate, many of us over sees it & forgets to take precautions. However prevention is better than cure so taking preventive measure can do some good to you for sure.

I have heard that news a year ago. It did not stop me from using cellphone. I really love to use cellphone because it is very handy and the thought that you can call anyone with just a push of a button just amazed me. I know that this technology have great intention, but we must not ignore the fact that this innovation have a great health risk. I know that over use of this cellphone can lead to cancer. But I still prefer to use it. Why is that so? I can't help but wonder why people around almost everyone knows how to use a cellphone and do they even know the effects of the radiation the cellphone have them expose of. I truly care about my health. By this time I'll have to lessen the use of my cellphone. Thanks for this news my friend. I really appreciate it.

By smoking & drinking you can get multiple health problems including cancer, but people still use all those. Why?this is because rather than being scared of the problems, people tend to use what they like the most. Since cellphones have a great lot of advantages, people really don't care about harmful effects.

Personally, I really prefere use of mobile phones, since its release twenty some years ago.I just dont feel easy when I dont carry mobile phones around me. Now I have about 3 mobile phones around me all the time. Since there are many calls that I need to receive. I have heard there are indeed some linkage against the use of Mobile phone to tumor and cancer. But I belive there are some people who are more sensitive to mobile radio wave frequencies and therefore they develop tumors or cancer. Nowadays I do sometimes use less mobile phone whilst i am at work or at home.

these things or problems occurs to those people who are bugs of mobile conversation like my sister. the people talk hours on the mobile while developing the diseases due to radiations. so, the time really matters, i do not use mobiles much but only when neeeded very urgently. so i am a bit safe than the others who spent hours and hours of talk.

this is horrible i'm on my cell phone like way too much and so is my mom. and i think thats what caused her memory lost maybe i don't know but thank you i'm going to look up more about this issue because it kind of scares me because i heard the same thing about lap tops on top of men lap it does something to their gen...you know. and at one point in my life we didn't even have a house phone my mom figured it to be worthless since she paid for everyone cell in case of emergencies and then no one used the house phone anymore. so i might leave some of phone conversations short but thats going to me extremeley hard maybe if i put it on speaker would that lessen my chances? i don't know. and before i read this i perfered using a cell phone yes.

As a matter of fact many attimes its not possible to live with out cell phones so there are some safety Tips which you can follow to minimize the side effects. 1)Cell phones should not be used for long conversations. 2)A small chip-like cell phone microwave radiation protection device is available, which has the ability to absorb electromagnetic energy waves from your mobile phone. It helps in reducing the potential harmful effects of these emissions to the human body. Some times some new phones are already installed with this device, but not all. 3) Hands-free devices or headsets cut exposure by keeping it away from the head and body, especially your ears as heat can affect it a lot. 4) Mobile phones should not be used in Intensive Care Units of hospitals as they can pose a danger to patients by interfering with the working of pacemakers and defibrillators. Even though these are some tips, the rest is up to us how to handle the situation, because for most of us mobile phones are a part of our lives

Helo, though mobile phone were not heard of some years back, they have come to stay. Though I have two home phones I prefer to use the mobile. It is very convenient to keep in contavt when you are away from home. Yes it has its own risks. But if we make a cautious use I feel we can avoid the ill effects. Every thing has good as well bad sides attached. Is it not? Have a nice day

Say 10 years back I hardly heard about cell phones & they where too expensive & also the call rates where unimaginably high, charging you for incoming calls also. Now the situation has changed & it has became a necessity. You can take some precautions mentioned in this discussion.

I have a very poor memory! And I dont use mobile phones. How come? Yeah they are undeniably very convenient. As I mentioned under another post, mobile phones will undergo slight changes in shapes to accommodate larger TV screen, and bigger size numbers. On the whole it will replace both television, and Internet, apart from serving as telephone of course. :) Like it not, u r stuck with it. :) Happy mylotting.:)

Well since there are laptops & you might be aware of new pocket laptops, so use of mobiles for internet & TV can reduce a little bit , but still people prefer a phone with all the facility including internet. There is nothing more like it, however we must remember its harmful side & take precautions. Please see discussion for where I've mentioned some tips to reduce the consequences.

I have a cell phone and I am on it constantly but not to make phone calls. I use my cell mostly for text messaging and picture messaging only because the people I talk are on a different schedule than I am so sometimes when i'm available to talk they aren't so we end up texting.

Ya texting is a nice way to stay in touch. I many at-times, rather than calling up my friend to say good night, I simply msg them saying goodnight, which I think is better

Sending text messages is something that can be interesting because when I was in college & even now, I used to send messages for the whole night. After all there is a difference between sending message & giving a call. So some prefer SMS over call.

I do use a moble phone. I don't have a landline so a cell hone is the only way I can communicate with my family. My daughter lives in another state, so we text for quite awhile everyday. Since we are both with Verizon and have unlimited text messaging, so we have decided to use it only recently. At least with texting, we don't have the phone up to our ear. I do enjoy texting as we both have keyboards which makes it easier to text. Take care, and happpy mylotting.

Hmmm I must try to remember to look into that, oh I use my cell a lot and I can say my memory is really bad, but I think some of it is from the fact that all I have to do is push a button and my phone calls who ever. I used to have to remember phone numbers to everyone's phones and I think that with out that my brain is getting a lack of mental exercise.

There is no doubt that cell phone brings convenience to us,especially for someone who is far away from home.Nowadays phone has become one part of our life, such as sending messages to friends, making calls, surfing on the Internet, reading news and so on.Mobile phones bring not only convenience, but also colorful life.i prefer using my phone. But just as you said, cell phone also effect users' health to a certain extent.so no matter how i prefer using my mobile phone,i keep using it in a certain time every day.And close my phone when i sleep for a sake of reducing of electromagnetic.
