I always ate chicken wings with hot sauce until one day my friend told me to try eating them with blue cheese dip. I did and now nothing tastes better than a chicken wing covered in super spicy barbeque sauce dipped in cool blue cheesae dip...yumm... Anyways, I figured, there must be many other good sauces for chicken wings, maybe other ways to prepare them. Do you know of any or do you prefer them with sauce every time?

One of my favorite ways to eat chicken wings is super, extra crispy with garlic Parmesan cheese on them. They are SO good! I also like them with barbeque sauce, but the wings always have to be super, extra crispy.

Do you have a recipe for wings with garlic Parmesan cheese on them or do you just toss it together as you go along? Do you eat them breaded? I would love if you could tell me exactly how you prepare them so I could try it myself. Thanks!

Funny as it is, a few hours after you wrote about the parmesan chicken wings, I randomly found a recipe for them that I want to try. I wasn't even searching for it! Hopefully they will turn out as good as the restaurant ones...

I usually order them at one particular restaurant. I think they mix "shakey" Parmesan cheese with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Then, they roll the cooked wings in the mixture as soon as they come out from the fryer. The mixture melts a little and sticks to the wings, and they are SO good!

I never had chicken wings with oyster sauce but it sounds delicious. I am going grocery shopping tomorrow so maybe I will pick up the ingredients I need to make it! Thanks a ton for your response, foodieme.

Just to let you know, I tried the oyster sauce wing recipe and it was amazing. I would have never thought to try it like that if you wouldn't have suggested it. Thanks!

Hi ladyhope, I am not an avid fan of spicy sauce. But with the way you describe it while dipping it in a blue cheese dip, it sounds so delicious, I would want to taste it. The only thing I do with chicken wings is to fry them deeply until crispy. Sometimes without breading some times with breading. Then I will just deep it in a delicious gravy sauce. And speaking of gravy sauce, I enjoy eating chicken wings dip in KFC's chicken gravy.

I prefer my chicken wings not breaded, but either way they are yummy! do you ever bake your chicken wings? Sometimes I want to eat them without the greasy mess, so i bake them. As for the KFC gravy, I know its weird, but I mix it with the macaroni salad they have and it is such a tasty combination!
