What would you do when your mood is not good?

Today I feel melancholy, I can't exactly express my feelings. Too many things to do,and I have not heart to do that. I feel tired, maybe I need a long sleep to have a rest. How can I have a relax?

Hi tjsally, First off, I would like to charm you up with this good wishes..Have a nice day!! These feelings are actually a reflection of personal attitude, and the mentality is that you can organize, lead and complete control over the object. You have to control your thoughts, you must be thinking of the various emotional hold the awareness and attitude, as its impact is good or bad and accept or reject. Well, try getting a book on stress reduction and relaxation techniques. It will teach you some of the ways to relax, both quickly and in public. EMDR and progressive relaxation are both good, as others have said, but you need a book (at least) to learn them. Stress can be contagious, so avoid transmitters. Understand that there is always a solution to a problem. Spend less time with people who try to guilt you into doing things or tell you that you're not good enough. Yes, even if they're family.
