How will you know if a guy is GAY?

Hi. Can you give some hint on how can we identify whether one is a gay or not. I have an officemate. Lots have doubts on his identity but he's denying it. What do you think are the indicators of being a gay?

Other then asking them point plank there really isn't. And forget the sterotype not all gay guys act more like females.

I think the biggest one is dating other men. There is no other indicator. If he denies it then he is probably not.
