Some people take a lot of time to get dressed up for a party.. or any other ocassion. they jus can't pull themselves away from the mirror...they admire themselves a lot i ges..the point is they can do the admiration part later.. y wen ur already getting late..are u the victim who has to do all the waiting or the one who ruthlessly makes ur partner wait? ;-)

If I have to get dressed for a party then one day before I will go to the parlour to get my hair done, then I will also choose the dress I will wear so that on the day I do not have to take too much time to get prepared too. My dad is the victim as he always waits for me or my boyfriend.

It depend which party I am going. Last weekend we went for a cocktail party of one of my friend. My friend and I spent the whole day getting ready: doing our nails, going to the spa, applying our make-up and a hairdresser came to the hotel. Sometimes, that is more fun than actually going out. "I think it is important to make the most of yourself. I love glamour and make-up and I feel good when I've made an effort." but not always..

Depending on a party, I might not take much time. I usually prepare the dress beforehand (I am always excited for something like that ) so all that I still need to do is to prepare myself. Apart from at least 15 minutes in the shower, at least 10 minutes for make up, perfume and lotion and a couple of minutes to wear the dress. It's not much time spend there~~~ I don't spend my time admiring myself in the mirror. The more I look, the more I might feel unsatisfied with.

yes, it takes me longer to get dressed or prepare for a party. that is why i make it a point to start preparing early so that i finish early and i should get to the party in time. i don't want to be the center of attraction of the party by coming in late much as i don't want to become the center of attraction because of anything amiss in my dress or hair or makeup. after all, i am a lady

I give myself about 45 minutes to an hour to get ready for a party, and that includes a shower. However, I despise tardiness and always leave plenty of time so that I don't keep anyone waiting.
