What's inside your refrigerator today?

I am always opening my refrigetor to get something to eat while I am on the computer today. I also checked if I have still food for supper tonight. So what did I find? In the freezer, there are pork, chicken and fish. then couple of hotdogs and a few spring rolls which i thawed for dinner. Then there is the bottles of water, 3 bottles of beer, a small box of cheese and half bottle of raspberry syrup. An opened packet of raisins which I picked to eat. then in the vegetable crisper, a few vegetables like carrots and cabbage and tomatoes. I peeked inside the chiller and I saw 3 yogurt drinks of my nephew and a small cup of jelly then I saw a nebulizing kit LOL, the tube and mask. So, what's inside your ref? Or you need to go grocery shopping.

Hi sandymay. It's so sad that this noon, our fridge should be turned off. It will just be a waste or it will just add up to our bills if it will kept on. Just before noon, we already consumed what was left in there. A kilo of eggplant which half of it was made to omelet and the other half turned salad. There were also about 4 pieces of cucumber but also consumed this lunch. There were some medicine, a little of onions, and a bottle of vodka which was given by sister in law. There were no fish, no pork, no chicken, no more vegetables, no nothing to cook for tomorrow. Still no budget for all of them to buy.

Hi, that's really sad. Hope you get to turn on that ref again. I know it is a waste to turn it on when what's left is water. I know.

Hello Sandymay, This is a good discussion for my son to answer! He is the one who bother what food is there in my refrigerator, LOL. He likes to get food from the refrigerator to eat . Today, my refrigerator is quite empty. I need to go grocery shopping real soon. There is not much of the meat left. I still have some carrots and tomatoes in the refrigerator. I will need that to cook porridge for my baby. For drinks, I have some prune juice and barley which I cook last night. My hubs likes to serve the barley in cold. Last but not least, I have keep some vitamins and medicines in my refrigerator.

I remembered the last time I kept medicines in the ref too because the label said to store in not more than 30 degrees C and it's hot and humid in my place. Thanks.

Hello, I think my freezer is more packed then my actual fridge. What is in my fridge is yogurt on the side with some salad dressings. Milk, tea, and butters. Some fruit like pears and plums on lower shelf. My fiance's lunch meat for work which is ham and there are some cheese slices. The last thing there are bagels. In the freezer there is chicken, pork chops, pepper steak and veggies comes packed like that now, and also there is city chicken. The storage pantry has loads of veggies and noodles, rice, and cat and dog food.

I got a chocolate cake, brazo de mercedes and sanz rival located on the 2nd compartment.. It is a leftover from my sister birthday party last yesterday evening.. My family like sweets and sugary food . It's keep them with higher energy through out the day. It gives a happy feelings and I think everyone who taste anything sweet would also feel the same things-sugar is a happy pill..While on the upper compartment is a gallon of mango ice cream and frozen meats..etc..while on the upper compartment is the vegetables section. On the sides section are canned drinks..

Apart from drinking water, I place nearly all my sauce and ketchup inside. I have leftover from last night and still untouched today. I wonder when will I reheat it as my family has shown no interest to eat it. There's a few slices of fresh pineapples and I've been saving to it as snack tonight. I just made jelly using instant mixture and I am chilling it. Of course there's veggie and fruit on the lower compartment and meat on the upper part.

Wow you have loads inside your refrigerator. What we have is water, hehehe, butter, eggs, meet and juice drinks. Sometimes, I do get hungry in the middle of the night and grab something to eat. Perhaps I will just fry some eggs in case I do get hungry later.

Well, I always know what is in my fridge. Unless my son has eaten the pie we bought yesterday, it should still be there right now.I have this post-it pad on the front of the fridge door. I will write all the things that I need to shop for. I will also write a short list of fresh food in another piece of post-it; canceling them out as we cooked them. In this way, I will always know what is in the fridge. Fridge management is important so that we do not have to tax the poor fridge by overstocking it.
