Computer problem?

Recently i do know why my IE is not work well. And i can not log in some sites. I re-set up my XP system, but two days later it still happened. I try some ways but it is still not work, can you give me some suggestion?

Well, first of all, you could start by ditching IE and using a decent browser like Firefox.
That done, it doesn't hurt to have some anti-malware programs like SpyBot so that your computer doesn't start crawling with spyware, trojans, etcetera that may affect the performance of your machine and also cause issues with the browser.
A firewall doesn't harm neither.
