Help needed!

I'm totally a new user of this site and I've got lots of questions regarding how this goes :D I've read the FAQ section but I find it quite lacking.
1) How do boost your reputation? I've seen stars near the names of those who have replied at my first post and I got curious.
2) How do I add friends here? I only have one friend :D
3) Can you really earn money just by joining in the discussions?
I think that's all that I could remember. I'd really appreciate those who would reply! Thanks in advance! :)

Welcome aboard! Yes, you really do earn by responding to and joining in discussion. By joining in various conversations, we will get to know you and you will get to know us and from there you will make friends. It is great that you read thru the guidelines as so many newcomers don't. So just jump in. you'll feel comfortable and at home before long. Looking forward to seeing you around.
