My Task Was Returned; Can Anyone Tell Me Why?

I wonder if anyone can tell me what it means to have a task returned; it doesn't seem to be the same as rejected because it's still in my pending list on the dashboard. I completed a task and followed all of the directions, and it was returned to me with a cryptic message saying, "this task was returned for the following reason: USA isp is available." Does anyone know what the heck that means? I replied to the message, but these task creators are all faceless entities, and I wonder if I'll get a reply back. This is very frustrating. Has anyone ever been jipped by a task creator before? Any insight into this situation would be greatly appreciated. xoxo Cyne

Ahhhh ... you did a MyLotter task rather than a MyLot admin task. A lot of the taks posted are a) scams b) don't pay c) fouled up by people who don't know how to offer MyLot tasks correctly.

I don't have idea because I never try a task which not supported for my country. Perhaps the IP address couldn't same in every country, and I don't understand why this task creator has returning your task with that message. If mine is returned then the message should be with words I understand.

My Task Wasn't returned .. But Nothing has Happened .. I Don't Have a Clue To What's Happening .. When You Signed Up did you read the eligibility Criteria ..If you Were Eligible Why Was The task Returned You Can Question The Task Creator .. I Just Hope The Task is Finalized and You Are Indeed Compensated Accordingly ...

yes I did ask if I am eligible. The message I got from him is usa isp is available. I don't understand that. I asked him does this mean it is only eligible for usa citizens? No reply from him xoxo Cyne
