i am comfortable working in groups because of many reasons.one is when working in groups you can share your views and you can also suggest.there is a saying two heads is better than one head.another reason is when working with group you can gather many ideas from the topic.sharing ideas too gives you time to express what is on your mind.third working in groups you become socialize and become closer for once it establihsed freindship.what about your views?can you work with groups or you prefer to work alone?

I would rather work in groups because there are more people to bounce your ideas off of. Sometimes you think that the answer you have is right but upon further inspection by another person reveals that you are wrong.

i can work in groups as much and as better as i work alone. there are types of work which needs group sharing and i don't see any problem with being in a group to achieve a common result. with group work, we can exchange ideas and suggestions. each member contributes his skills and talents and work is divided and being made easier. on the other hand, there are other types of work which needs an individual effort, i.e. transcribing minutes of meeting. only the recorder can transcribe it with ease and efficiency because he will be the only one who can decipher his handwriting. there are a lot of other works of this type too.

I agree with you about the two heads but for the most part I would rather work alone. I would rather keep work and social a little separate. I don't do will with distractions and interruptions and noise. Now, I can work with a group if I need to but given the choice, I will pick alone. Thanks for the good topic.

I'm not really sure if I have a preference. I enjoy working in groups. I'm a drama student, so I have to work in groups on a regular basis. And I enjoy it! It's fun, because you have someone to work with and exchange ideas with, etc. However, I also enjoy working alone at times. There are times, when I just find it a little easier to work alone. So, this is why I don't really think that I have a preference between working in group and working alone.

I'm happy with either. I work with a group of people, but only chat to them at tea break..unless of course I go for a wander! I like being by myself so I can listen to my music and have a party on my own! Paper One big trip..no ..little ones....no - a big one??!! I cant decide - I get neither so I'd be stoked by either one! Right now, I'd like one big one over seas!

well working in groups is better but other prefer also working by themselves for once its is not too noisy and they can focus on the topic very well.others likes in group because to they can share a lot of ideas and you can also open up for any suggestion.
