How to prepare cakes or brownie better and faster?

Hi! Guys I am back again. This time I am really in need of your great advices you see I am a full time working parent my wife is out of town for a couple of week. My kid is found of cakes and brownies and he just can't live without them. I tried to buy some from the shop and gave him but he didn't like it as my wife use to prepare all these stuff at home for us and believe me she makes them finger licking good. Since i am the incharge at home now so its my job now. I have never told my wife that i can't bake and she thinks that i can bake very well. I tried all the cookery books but they are useless and takes lot of time and money to prepare. I know there are experts here in Mylot please help me tell me the fastest and easiest way to make tastiest cakes and brownies. please comment with all the new recipes. Have a happy mylotting chow.

I love cakes and like to bake too. I have a blog on cake baking and steaming. the link is in my profile. Children love cakes and hopefully you like some of the recipes in my blog. They are tried and tested recipes and you won't go wrong if you follow the recipe correctly.

Thanks there is one more favor i need to ask you see my wife is pure vegetarian so do you have recipes for vegetarian also if yes please update me as for me and my son we are non-veg so your recipes from the blog gonna help a lot you are a life saver thanks. Great, you have found my blog helpful. They are simple recipes which I think even a novice can easily follow. Unfortunately I have not tried any vegetarian cakes but I guess you can just do away with eggs and substitute eggs with milk. A little creative imagination can produce good result.

Hello,I have a simple and delicious cake that you can make perfect every time. It's a DUMP CAKE and you don't even need to use anything but the pan your gonna bake it in.... You'll need:PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 1 box of YELLOW CAKE MIX 1 big can of SLICED PEACHES IN SYRUP (or any other canned fruit you like) 1 stick of Butter or Margarine BROWN SUGAR TO MAKE CRUNCHY TOP IF DESIRED Open can of peaches and DUMP into cake pan with syrup (i cut the peaches into smaller pieces but that is just my preference) Open box cake mix and DUMP into the cake pan on top of the peaches. press the cake mix down firmly DO NO STIR OR MIX PLACE PATS OF BUTTER/MARGARINE ON TOP OF CAKE MIX AND PUT INTO OVEN ( i keep the butter cold and hard and use a cheese slicer on the longer side of the butter and shave off even thin pieces and place them next to each other to cover the top of the cake mix) PUT INTO OVEN ON for about 30 mins about 10 minutes before pulling it out with your hand spread brown sugar all over the top of it not to thick and let it finish baking. this will give it a crunchy top that is sooooo good. You will smell it baking... smells sooooo good. We eat it Hot with vanilla ice cream. It has the consistency of peach cobbler and it is a crowd pleaser. Hope you enjoy this Kissifacegirl
