Promises.. promises..

Do you trust a politician much more of their promise/s.. People have a mindset when it comes to politicians. That is, they do not keep on their promises! When election season comes they make promises, almost everything but after election nothing happens about their promises as if they are suddenly with that sick ness I dont know the right medical term but it has something to do with being forgetful! Correct me if I am wrong..

I put politicians in the same category I put used car salesman..They tell you what you want to hear to make the sale and once the sale is made its hell getting them to live up to the guarantee..

I think they just make promises to win elections. Some make promises and if they are not following them then we have the right to go to them and tell them to keep them. The democracies are of people, for people, and people who can successfully handle it. thank you.

You are most certainly right. To be a Politician one must be thick skinned, be a know all , and of course "forgetful" as you say. They are a breed of their own- Oblivious to criticism as far as own or their party's actions are concerned. Always ready with an excuse for their slip ups no matter how inane they may sound.The are there to mislead the masses any which way they can!
