I've been living on a combination of natural foods and foods that use preservatives.I now wish to change my diet to include only natural foods.Could my friends and well wishers in my lot advise me about all the natural foods required to lead a healthy lifestyle?

I like the way you've given the source of your information and the type of foods that make the list.

I was recently reading an article about natural foods. One of the advice it was giving was to eat vegetables every day, for lunch or dinner. I think that will very much help keeping good health. I am not a vegetarian. But, I do like veggies. When I go to restaurants which serve buffets, my first choice wuold be fresh vegetables, starting with green salad. Have a nice day !

I heard tofu do good! You can even cook it or use it as a meat replacement!

I am yet to switch to organic/natural fully. I have been feeding on free-range eggs and chicken, home made wholemeal bread, Celtic sea salt, brown sugar, brown rice, soy-yoghurt, soymilk, oatmilk, wildrice powder, spirulina, organic cereals and amongst others. Hope these info can help you in your mission to living a healthier lifestyle !
