Do you have any crafts that you just love or that someone gave to you that you love and will always hold a soft stop for it. I mean something that someone took the time to make and gave to you. I have a full set of frames, candlesticks holders, napkin holders all made with.. that plastic canvas from my wedding that I still have and put away over 5 years ago. And I have the quilt my mom made me from when I graduated High School which has been over 10 years ago. And I still have it packed away because I Don't want it to get ruin. what are some of the items you keep close to your heart?

I have my grandmother's homemade ornaments that she had made over the years on my Christmas Tree. Every year I make sure that those are the first ones that go on my tree then the rest go up if there is room. My grandmother was a great knitter and crocher. She tried showing me how, but I could never get the hang of it. Now, I wish I could learn, but I do not have much time. I will always hold those near and dear to my heart.

Well, my husband has some items that he still holds on too that his Mom made for him many years ago before we were Married, and these are actually items I have enjoyed seeing so I would never force him to part with as well. There is a Big Cat that is a door stopper, a Christmas Candy older, a Wreath she made, and some other items as well. Makes me wish she was still able to do things like this for us from time to time, but due to age, she is not really doing much of this anymore.

well, I'm the crafter in the family so they all get my output - and I hope they like them...

I have a little thing that has my name crocheted in it with thread....my grandmother made it for me. It's in my cedar chest and will stay there until I can find something special to put it on like a pillow or something..my aunt also made me a set of pillowcases that I cherish....

My sis and I have two homemade clowns our Aunt made us. We lost her a few years ago but we still have the clowns. Before she passed on she said her was glad we still had them and were enjoying them. I also have quilts my great, great grandma made.
