What is your weakness/es?

in job interview, there's a lot of questions that always ask you. but of all the questions for me this one is so hard to answer? how could i say what is my weaknesses? how about you during your job interview did the interviewer ask you what is your weakness/es? what is your answer?

Make a conclusion, I think a little bit shy and pay more your concentration on the detail much should be very good answers.

actually, I don't think it's a good questions for interview. and I also think this questions should vary from different job position. you'd better talk your weakness has nothing to do with your current applied postion. and the following should be common answers for this question but not the best answers eg, shy, pay more your concentration on the detail and introvesion etc.

my weakness is am shy sometimes i cant share or difficulty of expressing myself.i get so nervous when someone interview me for the first time because of lack of confidence.

that what i feel the first time i got my job interview. yes i told her that my weakness is being a shy girl, so the result they did not hire me. lol.

i say stupid stuff like i work myself too hard or that i'm too much of a perfectionist or that i concentrate on the details too much or stuff like that. You know what i mean?

yes i get it. what did the interviewer told you? when you said that you are perfectionist? did they hire you?
