Why i put this discussion because it is said that working out of home is very diifcult for women these days. In corporate offices or anywhere else women are physically and mentally tortured by many people but when women think of carrier they bear many unwanted behaviour. But for surprise for all of u, my office is free from all of this. Here all members are like family members and i am working here since 20 years and not a single day is with tension. I pray god that every place should be like my office. Please share your thoughts on this.

Maybe it depends on the workplace? I used to work for the public library, and was never physically or mentally tortured. It was a wonderful experience, and if circumstances hadn't interfered, I'd still be working there now.

I have been a stay at home mom and I have run the office of a prominent construction company in my local area. Both come with stress and important decision making. I enjoy going to work more than staying home. I get too stir crazy at home. Even working with construction men all day, I found a sense of power and I enjoyed my position in most instances. There were a lot of challenges mostly due to the fact that I was a woman, but I was educated and once that was made evident, most men were secure enough to deal with me.
