help that causes sampedes that kill people

I think stampedes are accidents therefore we really don't know exactly when they would happen. The least we can do is to anticipate on the bad things that could happen in general. We have to be very careful when it comes to the public's safety. But sad to say, no matter how much the organizers prepared for the safety of an event, accidents like stampede cannot be stopped from happening because the people themselves are the one risking their own lives especially when te prize is food and money.

i think theres no easy way to avoid stampedes. maybe lots of security personnel around?
