I've read on net about these changing ip address matters.Regards to that, I wanna know if we can change our ip address to another countrys' ip address.. Usually when it comes to my country Sri lanka The first 3 digits are always 124.***.***.***the rest changes each time i log in as i got a dynamic ip address from my ip provider.... So this 124 shows, if a member visited a site and if his ip is 124(the first 3 digits), he is definitely from Sri Lanka... So is it possible to get the first 3 digits changed to look like another countries Ip Address.... May be as from India, China, Japan, USA ...

Honestly, that is a tough question to answer, and I really don't know the answer at all. I wish that I can change my IP address, so I can do something that I want, and I can earn some extra money from here on the net. So, please someone can guide me to how to change the IP address.

If you are moving to a different country than the present one the IP Address will change, particularly the first three digits. This denotes the country code. So obviously it will changewhen we are moving to a different country

If you intend to use proxy servers which can make your computer appears to be from a different country, because your country is blocked from certain sites, then I would ask you to refrain from doing so. There are two main issues related to the use of proxy servers to change your IP address. 1) Many sites have a counter measure software, and they will eventually track down your real IP address. 2) If other activities that you do make the fake IP address being blocked, think of what would happen to a user getting the same IP address provided by his/her Internet service provider. Would you like the same thing to happen to you? Whatever, I not stopping you if you insist on using a proxy server.
