My bones are very weak, or at least I think that they are. I have started taking some Calcium supplements to make them more strong. Is there any special exercise that can help me make my bones stronger? Please help.

Hello biman_s, I think you better stop thinking that your bones are weak because thinking of it affects your ability to do hard works. Then if you are looking for a good culcium suplement. I think it's better for you to drink fresh milk everyday because fresh milk do have more nutrition than the other milk which is no longer be fresh. Then if you are thing a good exercise everyday to make your bones strong. I think it's better for you to stretch every morning. Then everynight it's better for you to sleep at the right time to avoid late waking up in the morning. Well, that's all my tips! Hope you appreciate it. Have a good day!

Hi there and smile! Bones are living tissue. Weight-bearing physical activity causes new bone tissue to form, which makes bones stronger. This kind of physical activity also makes muscles stronger. When muscles push and tug against bones during physical activity, bones and muscles become stronger. Calcium is found in a variety of foods. Low-fat and fat-free milk and other dairy products are great sources of calcium because of they have so much of it. Tweens and teens can get most of their daily calcium from 3 cups of low-fat or fat-free milk, but they also need additional servings of calcium to get the 1,300 mg necessary for strong bones. Other reasons low-fat and fat-free milk and dairy products are great sources of calcium include: Low-fat and fat-free milk has lots of calcium with little or no fat. The calcium in low-fat and fat-free milk and dairy products is easy for the body to absorb and in a form that gives the body easy access to the calcium. Low-fat and fat-free milk has added vitamin D, which is important for helping your body better absorb calcium. In addition to calcium, milk and dairy products provide other essential nutrients that are important for optimal bone health and development. Happy mylotting and smile always!

I think if having calcium only can't really help your problem. You need to have more Zinc in your body so your blood also healthy and you can get it from green vegetables. I've read on a health magazine if calcium supplements can't really give us enough calcium. We also need to have enough sports exercise so we can keep our body health. The problem is too much calcium can give us another bad thing. It's not good for our urinary system and also not good for our kidney. Kidney stone could be created from over calcium in our body. So the most important thing is if you are taking some calcium supplements, you also need to have enough exercise so your body can circulating the calcium in your body optimally. I know that all of us want to have strong bones. But it's not an easy way to achieve since we all now have alot of drinks which can damaging our bones. I suggesting you to stop having carbonate soft drink because such drinks are bad for our bones. Good luck for you and have a nice day. Happy mylotting.
