Neither Internet Explorer nor Mozilla

hi mylot friends,
from last night i could not open neither Internet Explorer nor Mozilla , i have tried several times right click on the icons on my desk top?Now i am posting this discussion on opera,so guide me how to open both Internet Explorer and Mozilla on my computer immediately so that i can do my work with computer?happy mylotting

thanks for sharing this discussion. hmmm... regarding to this topic, (IE) Internet Explorer nor Mozilla Firefox?? hmmm... currently in my laptop i have both, but i always used Mozilla Firefox.. & i often used (IE) Internet Explorer. im really comfortable with mozilla, its like user friendly to me... i love all the add-on in it... its very useful.. ahihihi..

thanks for the response,i am mostly using the Mozilla fire fox regularly,but some times,i will use IE also,i am posting this response to you by using Opera ,i could not open IE and Mozilla,have a nice day

Hey there! There could be a virus on your computer that prevents you from opening them. That's happened to me before and I decided to just reformat my PC. If it's not a virus, you should try reinstalling or updating them.

Hey there! If you want to re-install Firefox or IE, you will first need to uninstall them. Go to your control panel then look for add/remove programs or just the uninstall programs. When there, look for Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Internet Explorer. Uninstall them. Make sure you have an installer for Firefox and IE before doing this. I'm not sure if you can uninstall Internet Explorer.
If you want to update either without uninstalling, you can just download the latest version installer for either then just run them.

I just wondered why no discussion from you today and here it is. Though I cannot guide you as my computer knowledge is very limited, try to shut it down two or three times and again re-start. Or go to start, all programmes, mozilla and IE and see whether you can find out anything. Last resort, ask somebody in the office.

Hello yugasini,
well it happens to me sometimes.Its either some technical problem or some certificate error too.Try checking your date and time, because many times i get this problem because of the date and time problem only.
Otherwise lastly may be even if it does not start today then you must have got your internet explorer as well as mozill corrupted and you might need to reinstall it.Try doing it, it should work with either of the above two or else try the third step.Hope it works

Try scanning your computer. This can be a virus infection. Or perhaps uninstall then reinstall Firefox and IE.

thanks for the response,i am facing the internet problem for the last two days,to day i have tried but i could not get the net in my system,i can open only Opera in my net,so i have to scan the system,have a nice day

This is probably stupid but are you sure you are connected? Once that happened to me and I thought I had all these technical problems and it turned out that I simply was not connected to the internet..check your connection just for the heck of it..Good luck

hi friend,
am not a wiz when it comes to computer so i am just going to say what i have experienced. its good that you have opera downloaded in your computer. i only have two and that is internet explorer and mozilla and sometimes i could not open one so i go to the other. i wish somebody could explain why this is. when this happens, i only tell myself it has something to do with the signal. but am not sure.

You can use Firefox safe mode if you are able to open up firefox. That is what I usually do when I was unable to open up Firefox in normal mode it will stop temporarily all installed add-on's and from there you can run Firefox and troubleshoot what happen maybe there some programs conflict with it. It is the start menu and choose Firefox Safe Mode.
