During the week, I usually cook dinner Sunday through Thursday. We usually eat out on Friday nights and for breakfast/lunch and dinner on Saturday. One day out of the weekend I will make a nice breakfast. How often do you cook? How often do you eat out?

i dont cook, i dont have talent for that. my wife is the one that cooks and she is good in cooking. on the other hand i clean up and set the table and sometimes help her at washing the dishes. i also run errands for her in case she forgot to buy anything or if we ran out of something she needs. i also put out the trash har har har. i dont cook but i sure help around the process.

That sounds a lot like my husband. He doesn't cook either, unless it is something on the grill, which doesn't happen often. He does help out around the process though, just like you. He usually does the dishes, takes out the trash, and all that other stuff. Keep up the good work - if your wife feels the way I do, that is more help than being in the way while I'm cooking LOL. :)

HELLO there!! Well as i stay far from my home town and my own home i cook less at home and i get my tiffin from out everyday.I cannot spend eating in hotels or resturants because the taste of every item is almost same and it really tastes bad and regular, i find it quite unhealthy too, so i either get a homemade tiffin or cook myself at home.I never eat anything fried just boiled food as it is my doctor's prescription so my food is normally very very much simple.

My husband usually is the one to cook. We can't afford to eat out right now so we have been having home cooked food all of the time. It's nice though. (Even when I cook.)

I cook, eat incense, but also save money. United States: Research come to your own cook more healthy Away from the family kitchen of whether the diet healthy? The United States, a study has provided specific data. The study surveyed more than 1,700 young men and women to see if they cook their own hands, as well as the nutritional status of their diet. The study found that only 21% of men and 36% of young women every week to buy fresh vegetables, while only 44% of men and 56% of women at least once a week with chicken, fish and vegetables to make dinner. Only 13% of men to buy food before the Council a list is to give careful consideration, the women and 23% of the people to do so. Researchers analyzed the diets of these people, found that among people in their own cooking, only 31% of people eat each day to more than five copies of vegetables and fruits. The data seem disappointingly small, but without cooking the person who can eat five or more fruits and vegetables were only 3%! Finally the researchers concluded that: cook their own food more healthy. For health, we should try to take time his own at home cooking, try to return to the kitchen.

When I cook it's mostly all the time. My mother works almost all weak and it's just me and my dad and my nephew home. So pretty much I take over my mom when she is not here. I think cooking is major fun. I love to cook anytime of the day! XD
