can weight result in disease?

I am too fat with regard to my height, and i dare not to run,because my feet aches. doctor said that my feet's fault is due to my weight, what can i do to lose my weight?

Yes, being overweight can lead to disease. Some of the diseases one might get are heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, gout (which might be why your feet hurt). You asked what can you do to lose weight? Well, what do you want to do, how is your eating pattern, you could do limited exercises because of your feet. Would you like information on a weight loss program? Have you tried dieting, if so, what?

start with slow excercises, not too much to start with, and take in less calories in your food. As you keep going, you will feel stronger and fitter, and able to more as time goes on. Excercise, and diet is the key, if you can stick to it.

Loosing weight is simple. There is no magic formula. Eat less exercise more. Cut back on fattening foods. Take smaller portions of things that make you fat. Don't starve yourself though. Eat more salads and vegetables. The best exercise is swimming. It doesn't put any strain on your joints.

there are a lot of things you can do to lose weight, started from make a plan for your diets, do some exercises especially cardio to burn fat, etc. you can find some infos in my blog on my profile.

You can do brisk walking or strat exercising on a treadmill. Your feet might be aching as it was not exercised. Initially, you may have discomfort, but gradually you will be able to overcome it.

hmmm if your fat you have prone to a lot of diseases one is diabetes.another is hypertension and overnourished which is also line to malnourish state.another is if you are a woman you have difficulty of having a baby because of too much fats.another is fats leads to atherosclerosis it might clog into your vein and to your heart it hardens there and the blood cannot flows freely.that is why exercise and dieting is encourage to people who have sedentary lifestyles.take care...
