Yes, ofcourse. A pillow has a big part in sleep. I can't sleep or it is very difficult for me to sleep without a pillow. I will be happy if I can have two pillows to sleep. When I went for a trip once, I took a pillow with me because I already stayed in the hostel we booked and I was sure that the pillow they offer will be very hard.

Talking about pillows, I am having a bad sleep due to my pillow. My pillow gives me a stiff neck and I kept on changing pillows but it doesn't solve the problem. My pillows tend to get flat if it is too soft or if it is too hard it gives me neck and back problems. I found a solution by buying a contour pillow which remembers its shape and maintains it. It is contoured to support the neck. A good pillow does give a good sleep.

I feel that a bad pilow can cause a bad neck and a good pillow won't ahrm me.but whether I have a good sleep or not depends on many otehr factors.Pillow alone will not do the trick.I should not sleep in the afternoon and I must be suffciently relaxed to sleep well.

Hi, victory999. I have to agree with you. A good pillow does have a lot with a person sleeping well. When I don't have a soft pillow to rest my back and neck upon, I will toss and turn throughout the night. And, I will not feel comfortable at all. I get better rest when I have a soft pillow laying under me.

Yes, I believe so. Uncomfortable pillows will cause uncomfortable sleep. Lack of sleep is not good for your health. I won't choose pillows which are too soft or too hard as they can cause neck pain. It's so annoying, so it's better to invest on good quality pillows for the sake of your health.

I need a good pillow to get comfortable. If I don't have one, I have problems getting to sleep. I think it has to do with the support of my neck and head.
