frustrated!!!!!

[i]I could sleep last night, i was on mylot till late night atleast till 4:00am in the morning then i went to bed with stuffed up thoughts in my mind.I was rolling on my bed till 5:00am.I am so much frustrated from my life, i dont feel like talking to anyone, there are so many things which constantly run in my mind and i feel like running somewhere and just going on running away because i dont want to stop in middle for that my tears can show up, running will make them dry out I am locked up from all the sides, i feel i am tied i have lost all hopes from life every single way i am i cannot find my life into good terms or with good people.Why the hell i am feeling this and why i am so much lost

Maybe you need time to be with your real friends because your bugging yourself into something you don't even know.Just try to relax your mind and think well of the day you want to let go that frustrations.

awww, girl... don't worry you'll get through it. I was like you when i was younger. You should go out and have fun. Hang out with your friends, they'll always cheer you up, that's what friends are for. Just hang in their girl. Tearing yourself up won't do you any good. Life is to short and valuable to let it go to waste. Stay strong Hun!!

i have nights like that not because of tears, just because i cannot sleep. its very frustrating. what you need is to talk to someone about your feelings and problems. maybe that will help.

Try praying to God. I have always found that this clears up my mind and gives me perspective. You have to obey God if you expect to get anything from him. But the benefits are enormous. This is my own personal experience. They are all internal, don't expect to get rich off it, but its fantastic when you persist.

Hello my friend You sound really depressed and that can be dangerous, you need to talk to someone my friend we all do, sometimes when I feel down I will call my friend and she makes me feel better when I get of the phone I forget why I was down to begin with, you may feel you have no one but I am sure there is someone you can talk to, your mind is at a point where it is leading you astray and you have to take control, ever heard the saying my mind is playing tricks on me, well this can happen when you are depressed, I have been there, I felt there was no one, my family does not love me, anything negative to justify my thoughts I believed were true, you need to control your thoughts, first you need to talk with someone, after this when you feel down, watch something that makes you laugh, listen to some nice dance music and just dance around and enjoy your life my friend,I looked at your profile you are really young, why not let someone help you, other people have been through what you are going through or worse I am sure, lets try and see what we can do to change your mood Depression is hard to deal with on your own, allow us to help you, please, one day you will be really glad you did.

....Hi Archie0, Life is interesting but you need reserve and strength to realize and appreciate how interesting it is or can be. Things will come out of nowhere that you could not have any idea, you needed to prepare for. So the only thing I feel we can do, is to build our reserve and strength by meditating. It is a way to give yourself an outer barrier to the problems and situations that occur, where you basically have to depend on yourself first. Friendsm and family can be there and hopefully will be there for support. That is important, but you yourself must be, seriously, you must be your own best friend. To me that means taking care of yourself so that you can function and enjoy your journey through life. Please go to a book store and browse until you find a good book on meditation. Be sure you eat well, vegetables and a balanced diet will help. There is an article which may help as well, it's called "Survival", I believe you can find it at www.socyberty.com/writers/quiet+voice.8137. We have to take it one day at a time, but have enough reserve strength to make it to the end of the road. You will be able to do that, even if you have a bad day here and maybe two more bad days there. Love yourself, you will make it through the dark times and be better able to celebrate the good times because of that. take care of yourself, there is only one you. :o)

Hi, It is so sad to know that you feel so lonely out there. You are in depression but the good thing is that it is curable. You the what the best thing is? That it is YOU who can cure it. You don't have to rely upon anybody else to make it straight for you. There are many things and situations which can make you feel depressed, but there is onething worth to keep in mind, "what doesn't kill you makes you stronger." Just wanted to make you know that it is not only you who feel that this world is full of morons, people do think that way, but we need to snap out of it and look to appreciate the blessings of our life. maybe going out with your true friends or maybe having a long walk/ drive or maybe reading a good book could help. Just engage yourself in things what you love most to do and it could make you feel better. Just wanted to let you know one thing more if ypu feel like to cry, then cry, maybe weeping is better. It helps you to bring out all the pent up frustrations locked deep inside in you. I'll pray to see a more cheerful Archie the next time I see you. Bodhi

Maybe you need to hang out with some friends or simply go alone to walk a bit to either the shopping mall or somewhere else where you can be a bit relaxed. I was in the situation before and I know how it is so maybe you will be able to take yourself out of it yourself though.

You must make schedule for login to mylot. Everyday I only spare 1 hour time login in mylot. Life is good, don't be frustrated

hey...friend...don't feel that way! do you think you're the only one who feel like that? there are thousand people out there crying and feeling such frustration. even me myself always feel frustrated about a certain thing. don't worry, you're not alone. like me...just entertain your self, get relax, and try to think positively. i you have a dream in the future that you're going to achieve, that's better. a dream and a powerful mind will get rid of all such feeling of frustration!!life must go on, pal.....

Sounds like something has happened to get you like this. 1st thing exam yourself, can you help yourself or find a close friend who can help talk things out. DON'T bottle things up in your head, then you'll be able to refocus your priorities. Or you might be thinking to deep about yourself (does my hair look good, my voice sounds weird, ) get yourself involved with others make it all about them meanwhile bring out the best of you!
