I think you have a trojan virus on your computer to act like this.. You should update your spyware and virus program immediately and eliminate the spyware, malware and virus that are on your computer..

I have re-installed the system, but the problem persists, I use McAfee anti-virus software, but, unfortunately, still can not shut down properly. I will follow your suggestion to try, Thank you for your response, my friend.

I have no idea what could've brought this upon. Sounds like you might have a virus. Maybe you could try holding the power button for six seconds or until it turns off. If that doesn't work, you might want to turn it off at the wall, and if THAT doesn't work, get a specialist in cause you have an alien computer o.0

You need to update your spyware program and your antivirus and run them to find out what's causing the problem. If you can't find anything, you may have to take the computer in to a shop. If you can't shut it down any other way, pulling the plug will do it (although not recommended except as a last choice).

That's why I said it would be a last choice. It is an option and it won't immediately destroy your computer, but it's not something that should be done often.

Yes, dear friend, I called a computer consulting company, they told me to pull plug. Then plug in the plug to go. They said this could make my computer shut down correctly. But I did not do it, I knew it was bad.

Do not pull the plug on your PC.. That is the worst thing to do as it will short circuit your motherboard and cause damage to your PC's life span.

Your computer hung, press power button for about 9 second to switch off the computer power. Then switch on to restart your computer. This solution is powerful for handling problem like this. For laptop computer you also can detach computer battery if first solution doesn't work.

Dear friend, you say a non-normal shutdown, I am now every day to do so, but each time the boot will be automatically detected, very troublesome, and the next time still can not shut down properly. I was very depressed, there are other ways you can increase it to me. Thank you.

If you understand the computer system, you can manually check the anti-virus virus.Or you can use antivirus software to scan whole. The best way is to install the new system under the windows. Because your description of the problem is not very clear. Can not analyze the reasons. If you wish ,you can email to me my email: yanghongze8023@gmail.com I'm Chinese boy *_*

You should probably run a systems restore if you have Windows. It will revert all Windows files back to the date you select, but all your regular files will still be their. Since the virus is probably in the Windows folders, it will be removed when you system restore.
