Do you understan your own mind?

Hi Its very difficult to understand others mind, But have you ever thought that do we understan our mind? I think I am not able to understand my mind, becouse some time it likes something and other minute it like something else, Its most reliable. What do you think?

I think you'll have to do a lot of introspection to realize your nature and mind.At a young age one is just spontaneous and this might create problems.But don't be too self analytical as you would be self conscious.As you keep moving on try to realize your strong and weak points and try to lessen your weak points as far as possible without losing your innate characteristics.

Thanks for sharing! I think we have to know our week and strong suites before taking any desicions and we have to try to improve our week suits.

i never understand about my mind. i believe that heart and mind are both involved in thinking and liking. so i wants never take action on the instruction regarding mind. i follow just my heart say. if my heart say me "you jump in drawwell" and mind say me don't jump you will die. i just think my heart is right i will jump in drawwell.
