there's an ongoing controversy about a certain jacque bermejo, an ofw working in dubai, who allegedly posted an insensible comment regarding the ondoy tragedy in her alleged facebook account. she was believed to have posted: "buti n lng am hir in dubai! maybe so many sinners back der! so yeah deserving what happened!" this comment ignited rage, hatred and protests toward ms. bermejo. but lately, it was claimed that the supposed facebook account was not ms. bermejo's or it was a hacked or fake account. what's your take on this? if you scour the web and especially if you search within facebook, there's a lot of news and sites now discussing this "scandal" either denouncing the woman or airing her real side of the matter.

I was waiting for any uppdates on this one on the news. I guess how can one really know who's telling the truth. Of course when I heard about what she was posting in facebook, it was really maddening and really insensitive, how can a fellow filipino be like that, then when her brother claimed that her sister's account was hacked, I was like , really ? It's hard to judge really, and I don't wanna be the bearer of more hurtful words so I just let it go and pray that it all clears up and be forgotten in the end.

I heard about it on the news and I was so pissed at first. But I wonder if she does say those words because some are saying that her account was hacked or something. But overall it is really mean to say such things about our people who suffer from this calamity. And this is not the time to give such credit...but on the other hand, though it has been said I just need to let it go because there are more important things to do right now than to let her words get into our nerves. :)

Well honestly, I'm so tired of hearing those lines such as "it was a fake account" or "somebody hacked my account". It's always what we hear whenever trouble arises. Like on the case of the korean celebrity who said in her twitter account that we Filipinos are monkey and should be drowned. When it had a lot of critics already they suddenly said that it was a fake twitter account done by her haters. Same as the reason of this jacque bermejo. God knows who really is telling the truth. Let us just gave it to Him.
