i prefer veggies though i'm not a vegan or vegetarian it's just i'm a typical ilokano who's fond of dinengdeng or inabraw (boiled or stewed veggies seasoned with bugguong). but of course, i also like chicken, pork, beef, mutton--preferably cooked the ilokano way (like pinapaitan, imbaliktad, insarabasab, dinakdakan, dinadaldalem, dinardaraan, sinanglaw, etc.). and fish and shells (sea food). |
