You are the best person to help yourself. We can probably give you all the encouragement and support you need but you have to take action. Remember you are what you eat, if you are unhappy with your appearance do something about it. You have to realize that you're not the only fat person in this world, you can either accept and be happy with your appearance or start on a diet and lose weight, it's your choice.

try to control your weight instead of burying yourself in pity but doing nothing at all. improper food will make you overweight so going on a diet is a must for you. doing exercises is also important for you. last but not least, try to be cheerful. being beautiful does not just mean good looking. if one is always optimistic to the difficulties he meets, he is lovely to others.

You need to pull yourself out of the funk that you're in and do something about it! It's going to take time but if you put yourself on a diet that you can live with (I personally like high protein, low carb) and start an exercise program, you will start losing weight and as each pound drops off, you will feel better. If you don't like to exercise, start walking. It's good for you, it helps to burn calories, is good for you heart and once you get into the habit of taking a walk, you will find that you enjoy it. You're not stuck as you are so make a plan and execute it. If you can diet & exercise with a friend that helps a lot, too, but if not then self talk is also good for your motivation and your self esteem.

I can relate to you situation having gained weight myself, I gained weight about 2 years ago. Until recently I have started to lose it. I was sick and tired of feeling unwell no energy, hated shopping for clothes nothing fitted. I went to a natropath who restricted my diet. Within a week I felt much better with more energy. The weight started to come off , slowly but I am still losing. You may get to the stage I did when enough is enough and you finally do something about it. Be positive and get motivated, I know easier said than done, But have a go. Good Luck
