Have you ever left money at the ATM machine?

Never, I've seen others of his ATM card stuck in ATM machine, and luckily there comes a security officer there that helps to remove the card from the ATM machine. I like to remind others and myself, do not leave anything of value.

Hi Mikescan No I have never left money at the ATM machine nor my wallet but I have almost left my card a couple of times forgetting to take it out of the slot after I got my money I have seen a more than a few times where people who went to the ATM before me left their receipt in the slot and sometimes on the ground. I also see it at the gas station from time to time where people leave them behind

I've never done this, no, but recently my brother in law left his card in the machine without completing his transaction. He was using a machine inside a store and I guess he was in such a hurry to complete his purchases that he grabbed the money when it came out and walked away. Contrary to the others who have responded so far and said that the next client for the machine called them back to get their card, the person who followed my brother in law instead helped themself to some cash, withdrawing (I believe)$500. As soon as he got home, he and my sister reported the card stolen.

I have never leaft money or wallet at the ATM, but twice I left my ATM card there. Once I forgot to take it back, then the person who got into the ATM after me called me and gave it back to me. Once, I was seriuosly thinking or dreaming about something and I forgot to take it. One person saw that and came running behind me to remind me to take it. Then, I went to the ATM and showed my work ID card to the security to get it.

I haven't experienced this one because I always have to think of money whenever I get into an ATM machine. My girlfriend though experienced this one. Its a great lesson to everybody and they need to realize that money is important and must not be given away. My gf withdraw all his earning from her work and she has nothing left after she left the money. Sad experience but it must not be done again.
