I like going shopping when the store is empty. So its either late at night or early in the morning before people are awake. I hate shopping in crowded stores and waiting on long lines. I like going shopping and being in and out.

It is fun to shop when the stores are less crowded. Not so much hassle. Thanks for sharing your shopping thoughts.

I find that I don't have a specific favorite day of the week for shopping. I do like to shop in the mornings instead of the afternoons so I do have a favorite time of day. Mostly that is because the kids are in school in the mornings and plus I feel a little better in the mornings generally. Otherwise, I only have one sort of favorite day and that is Saturday because my favorite thrift store has a sale every Saturday where everything in the store is 30% off and everything that is priced under one dollar is half price. It's a great way to pick up some bargains and great clothes for the kids.

Mornings do seem like a better time of day for shopping. Get to the stores before some people even get out of bed!

The weekends... - Fridays.. with lot of relief that the weekdays are over, feeling free about the two holidays ahead.. Its always a great experience, shopping at friday night. I enjoy it much more than shopping during weekdays.. Nice question!

I think the weekends were made for shopping. Stores seem to have more sales on Fridays and Saturdays. Don't you think so?

Hi sender, i do use both hands and fork and spoon and it depends on what i am eating. If i am eating soup then definitely i would have to use sppon and if am eating noodles then i use fork but if i am eating our staple food that is roti with sabji or any other indian food then i have to use hands and spoon if it got curry in it. But mostly with hands.

My favorite day for shopping is Saturday. If the kids are home, they can help carry groceries in. If it's for my favorite thrift store, well they have a great sale on saturday so I can get a lot of wonderful bargains at a way lower cost.

I don't really have a prefered day to go shopping. It's just nice going out and getting out of the house especially on the weekends. I prefer shopping on Friday evenings or Saturday evenings. I feel like on those days whenever we go out, I don't have to worry about being in a hurry or anything. I can just go out and sort of relax by shopping.

Hi Sender621, I prefer to go shopping on Sunday. That is the day whereby I can shop by myself, without bringing my son along as my husband can help me takecare of him at home. During my young times, there is no specific day for me to shop. When I have the mood to shop,I can do it either on weekdays or weekend. Actually,I prefer to go for shopping on weekdays as it is less crowded all the time.During weekend, shopping malls are always packed with people.

my 3 children and i always do grocery shopping every sunday morning, after church. it is also my favorite day of the week as it is this time that i have the regular bonding with my children. they help out in buying groceries for the week's supply. for window shopping (which usually ends up with something for myself and daughter...mostly clothes, lol), i like to do it on friday, after office. i have the whole afternoon of friday to do that, just do it in my own pace (we are allowed to alternately go out on friday afternoons, as scheduled) and i love doing it alone. i don't have to rush because somebody is with me.

Hi Sender, I did not go shopping every week, thus I really can not draw which day is the favorite to go shopping. Surely the shopping time goes to the weekend as I need to go to work from Monday to Friday weekly. Once I got the salary or I am not in a good mood, I will invite my friends to go shopping with me and surely relax at the same time. Happy Mylotting!

hi sender, i love shopping and i love to go on shopping on any day i can and i love doing window shopping too. I would go to cannaught place in New Delhi and can window shop for hours there. My favourite day for shopping is Sunday as there are no time pressures and i can shop for as much time as i want but only thing is markets are usually crowded on Sundays and well thats it.
