I can't seem to contact Triond.

Well, all might not have a problem for you posting a story, article etc. on any other site. But Triond will raise an objection. This is because, Triond needs articles only freshly written. Meaning that they want articles which might not have been published on any site before. They do scan it before approving. When I did not know it and uploaded an already published article, they came to know about it and did not publish it.

You won't be able to post it on triond, but if you do delete your hub (Copy it first)then make an article on triond with the contents of that hub. Then later just make the hub. Always post on triond before anywhere else.

If your article is published anywhere else, you cannot put it on Triond. You have to put your work on Triond BEFORE you place it anywhere else.
