I know that green tea are good for your body when you drink it. But is it good for your body in cosmetic ingredients ? I mean we saw a lot of spa products with greentea substances in it. Is it really good for your skin ?

I've heard that it's good for your face, anyway - a lot of face washes have a green tea extract ingredient. I think maybe because it has caffeine (which can "perk" up your face and make it feel more energized) and because it has antioxidants. I don't have any scientific proof, but I would imagine that because of the caffeine/antioxidants, I would think so.

Yes, I saw some of them too. Most of spa products or cosmetic have greentea extract. I can't find any specific proof too, except that it's good for your body, but all the references are about greentea as drinking substances. That's made me wonder, if put it on your face, or put it on your body will have exact same benefits.
