Is a good exercise for your health running every morning?

If you get up very earlier, you will see many elder, middle age running in the alley. Is a good exercise for health to running in the morning? Do you have the good habit? I once got up earlier around 6 am every moring, and running for my weight lose, at that time I don't realize it was a good excerise.

yeah its good to run. I used to run at nights but now i have stopped(yeah i know i should do it again). But you know sometime ago i read that running can also severe your knees. Now Im planning on swimming which is also really good for your health and specially for me that have some back pain, scoliosis.

Oh, it's so amazing that you run at nights. so how about the effect? Swimming is a good exercise too, I like swimming very much.

I was in a bad shape before and im still in a bad shape after hehe. But yeah i felt that i was improving, though i stopped becuase i didnt have too much time too run. I hope swimming does some good to me also and hopefully i would not stop for a good time.

My doctor informs me for my body type walking is better for me, since my joints probably can't stand the strain of me putting that my pressure on my joints. And not every day, just three days a week or so, the kind of walking that does any good, brisk enough to raise the heartrate for a little while. There is not one health regimen that is suitable for everyone.

Walking is a good exercise, I think you stick to walking three days a week, you will feel better.

Well, running is indeed a good exercise. It increases endurance and is likewise good for the heart. It also makes you lose weight. It really depends on the individual which exercise program is beneficial for him. The thing is any exercise is always good for health. A recent study shows that exercising can add up years of life. Even when you are old, it is never to late to start. The important thing is not to overdo the any exercise or any activity considering that anything in excess is bad.

I am not sure if running in the morning is good for your health but it can not hurt if done right. Most of the older people I see in the morning are walking not running. I usually just do the walking like most of the other older people.

Hi,betty,running in the early morning is one of the best health conscious exercise and the activeness effect is on you on full day.The person who did running is definately excel duties than others and the total body is fixed in healthy nature.

Oh,really? But I just run a short time, I think I can't stick up it longer, so the health will turn back to the original?
