What makes someone healthy?

Do you know what can help someone be healthy and live longer? Do vitamins and health products help people be healthy? Does exercising 3 times per. week help people be healthy and live longer? Does colon cleanses help people get rid of worms and junk in their colons? My husband is using a colon cleanse and stuff that is really grose is coming out, just like the website says. What makes you healthy? Or are you unhealthy and sick? Are you overweight and on allot of medications? Are you addicted to foods and can't stop over eating? Does certain herbs really help people stop food cravings? What makes someone healthy? Please share your thoughts.

i think it's important to maintain a regular lifestyle.Do not to sleep too late.Do not to eat too much.Do not to be drunk.And to keep happy everyday.If you can do these things.i promise you can live to 100 years old.

Hi.. the most important how serius you are about your health. To keep ourself healthy.. that take a 1st class discipline. For for the last 5 years i took a natural vitamins and do exercise , till now i feel more healthy and even younger.

keeping yourself healthy is just easy but difficult to do because there are many food temptations that is bad for our health. eating vegetables alone is not delicious always. delicious foods sometimes are not healthy foods.

i keep myself busy as much as possible to keep my mind active.i also watch on my diet nowadays since i sometimes consumed to many fats and sweets for the past 3 weeks.i also continue my jogging and swimming lesson.i join aerobic every weekends.i also do brist walking now with my husband unlike before i just ate and doing some sedentary lifestyles that are not healthy in many ways.good day!

Something my brother do to keep healthy is to count how many calories he consumes each day. A healthy person should consume something like 2000 calories. If one wanna lose weight one should comsume a little less than that. Too keep healthy, exercising is really good as well.
