ideas for fun corporate group photography

I need ideas for fun corporate group photography.The company that will commission me wants photographs to put on greeting cards for the holiday reading "happy holidays!".and I have to take the photographs of a group of their workers.

I did a corporate job once and we took a photo of peoples with the corporate spokesperson. How many people are you talking about in the picture? Does each card have to be the same photo or could you do smaller groups or departments for different cards? What about an outdoor shot with larger decorations? Maybe a picture with some Holiday props or Santa Claus.
Something to think about is when you negoiate with the company make sure you retain the copyright and they have to go through you to get additional copies or right to use it in different ways. Are you going to allow them to use the photo on their web site?
