Typhoon Pepeng had affected many people in the North especially the province of Pangasinan. It's so sad to watch the videos seeing devastated crops and people at their rooftops as well as landslides. Billions of properties were now gone because of the typhoon. The people in the province really don't know how they would start again. I just hope that the government would help and do the best means to help the people affected by the typhoon. Dagupan city and Rosales were the towns mostly affected. The least I can do to the people in our province is to pray for them.
