Has anyone seen Saw 3

I thoroughly enjoyed the first film, there has been a lot of reports of people fainting and that the film is really really scary, is this true? I hope so as I haven't seen it yet. Is is more scarier than Hostel?

Ive seen it. Amazing Liked SAW II better but ;)
