money is not life but you have no life without it, we all need money to live and fulfil our daily needs......It has become a sign of respect in the world, am I right?

People who love money are the ones who respect it. For those who are not impressed with money, it makes little difference at all, it's just a necessity because the world says so. It doesn't make one better or worse than anyone else. Eventually one realizes that if they only have money, those around them don't respect them, but their money. A good name is rather to be chosen.

hi buddy.. i would not say you are 100% right ..because you are not 100% you are 1000000% right bout it... money really talks... some people may argue that money is not everything and all...ofcoz money is not everything... but i would say out of 100 problems of an average human being 95 will be money related out of the rest 5 2-3 will be indirectly related to money ... and only rest 2-3 will be due to other reasons.... there is no point in arguing upon that right?

Hi Imsweet, Yes it's true that we have created a society where money is important to most people. As you say, money isn't life and many people have a lot more than they need. Some people make money their God, thinking about little else than how they can get more. Anyone who just wants more and more money when others have little are not really being smart as they can't take it with them when they die. Our health is very important and I believe that health care should be free for everyone. The rich should not have access to better health care than the poor. We all need money for our everyday needs but it no longer carries the respect that it once did. Many of the richest people in the world are also among the unhappiest. Blessings.

I agree with you. Our lives shouldn't be based on money, or on the amount of money that we earn. However, in order to be able to live, we need to be earning money. We need to have some money in order to be able to have our necessities, such as a place to live, food, clothes, and such. Whatever we need to live and function. I don't think that we should be so dependent on money in order to live, but unfortunately, I'm not sure if we have much of a choice either.

Money isn't the most valuable thing in life. We can live without money, as how animals live. If we had no money at all, we can live by eating flowers, but it's not pleasant.

You're absolutely right, money is power, power is respect. Without money people are excluded from society, and in a consumer society money has become more valuable than anything else: without money you can't pay the bills for your internet: which means you'd be excluded from the many 'communities' only found on the net including mylot.

I agree with you, even if it is so sad. people are craving for money above everything else (me included lol). I think it leads to some alarming consequences, such as the way we don't have time to practice sports, read a book or have a good time sleeping on the grass, watching the stars..
