Do you really care with people in around of you ?

Well ... I life in rent house, and my neighbor a lot of workaholic and rent house near me. This month, I get several new neighbor, and I think they are don't care with old tenant in rent house. What must I do ?
if you have experience like this, what are you doing ?
are you say hello first or don't care with them?

but I feel little sad, if they are (new tenant) not introduce their first

Some like to be alone, Some don't wanna talk much .. Well its upto the people on how they wanna be with others. I just smile when i meet them outside.
Srikandi you no need to bother about them if you chat and if you move them friendly they will help you when you need them ..

We have that problem in our neighborhood also. We do not know people around here very well at all. alot of them did not accept us in this county when we moved here 11 years ago. They are unfriendly so we keep to ourselves.

Well, it's up to ple on how they wanna interact with others.. some like to be left alone, while some dun like to talk much.. It's their choice, and we have to respect that ^_^ So long as u do your part well of being a nice neighbour, they will appreciate it ^_^
Dun bother too much about them, for they might be shy as they are still new to that place?? Give them time to settle in, and u can help by offering some advice or friendship ^_^

Hi srikandi.I think,most of people who living in big city like Jakarta doesn't care about people around them though there is still people who keep our tradition as people who kindly.It was happen to me and I think,it's not wrong if you say hello to them first.But,Maybe,I am person who don't want to build close relation to them first.Just know that they are my neighbor.

Actually, I like build relationship with all people, and I felt sad if my neighbor not tolerate or don't care with each other.

i just smile at them when i meet them outside. as we all live in fast-paced life in the city, each one is preoccupied with their own personal business and work. unlike in the province when there is much idle time, we tend to have time sitting with them and exchanging talks or pleasantries. in times of emergency or need, however, i can always be counted upon to help my neighbors.

i would not mind to be the first one to say hello! but continuing further would depend on the response.its as much a duty of old tenants to welcome the new ones as it is expected of them to try and find out who their neighbours are.but if they don't want to be disturbed,i would leave them to themselves untill they need me.
