Ghost Hunters Academy

I just saw that Steve and Tango from Ghost Hunters on the SyFy channel are going to be on a new show called Ghost Hunters Academy starting November 11th at 10pm! They will be training people to be Ghost Hunters. I can't wait to see this! I love Steve and Tango on Ghost Hunters. They are so fun to watch. They crack me up and they just make the best team. To see them in a show of their own will be so much fun. Is anyone else as excited to see this show as I am? I hope this doesn't mean they are leaving Ghost Hunters altogether. I doubt it. But, if they do, I hope they pick some decent people to replace them. We don't need another Brian on the show. And, while I like Ghost Hunters International, I am not a fan of a few of the people they have had on that one. I like Dustin but, most of the girls annoy the ever loving daylights out of me. The rest of the guys are ok. If they are going to have to replace Steve and Tango, I would like to see them bring back Dustin and add another guy.

Actually i would love to do this! I have always loved the supernatural and from what I know Tango is a great guy (we grew up in Jersey and he went to school with people we know). In fact he got a friend into it and he has his own group now in Tennessee. and He loves it. I hope they do not replace them I love their antics.

If I weren't such a chicken, this would totally be something I would love to do too! Tango and Steve seem like such nice guys. And, it is good to hear that the Tango I see on TV seems to be the same as the Tango people know off camera! Thanks for sharing!

That show is one of my all time favorite shows in the world. I just love it so much, and yes, the people are just the best.
So sincere, and soooo much fun to watch. I love when Steve and Tango mess with each other, well, Steve is usually the one messing more with Tango, haha.
You know what though, what stinks completely, my cable was turned off almost two months ago because I'm out of work, so I haven't seen this show in all that time. I'm always whining to my friends how I miss it, lol! Some day soon I hope, I'll be working and get back to watching tv, it really stinks without it, ugh.

Hi Cortjo,
Ghost Hunters is a programme I do watch though not very regularly as am never quite sure what time it is on, it will be great though to see a show which is training people to become Ghost Hunters...Spirit is all around us though we don't realise it a Ghost is just the manifestation of Spirit and the orbs are partial manifestation...I am a medium so know about these things, it is interesting to watch shows like this as people are trained in the right ways too..

Hello littleowl,
This show and it's parent shows "Ghost Hunters" and "Ghost Hunters: International" is on the SyFy Channel on Wednesdays and will premiere November 11th. This one will be airing at 10pm but the other two, air at 9 pm. Right now, Ghost Hunters is on. Ghost Hunters: International is usually on when Ghost Hunters is off for their season.
Enjoy it if you get to see it!

I knew that a show like this was going to happen, pretty soon you will have this thing become huge and everybody will want to apply.

There does seem to be a pretty big group from the commercials I saw for it. It looks pretty fun to watch because Steve and Tango don't hold back when some of the recruits don't step up. I am looking forward to seeing another side to the two of them.

How great it is to see you back again!! I really hope you stick around. I think I've seen Ghost Hunters but not sure. Is Tango a woman? I love anything having to do with the paranormal. I think we now get SyFy. When and what time does it come on?I'll be checking it out. Welcome back. Hugs

Great to see you too. I have some extra time while I am between jobs and figured I'd hang with my myLot peeps for a while!
As for Ghost Hunters, Tango is a man. That is his last name. His first name is Dave. It airs Wednesdays at 9 pm and they rerun the episodes several times a week so, if you miss it at that time on that day, you can always catch it later. They also air them online. The Ghost Hunters Academy will premiere at 10 pm on November 11th so, that one hasn't started yet.
I hope you get a chance to watch the shows. They are fun and I have a lot of respect for this particular team of Paranormal Investigators because they really do try to debunk claims before accepting them as truth and paranormal. They aren't about they hype. I like that. I can't stand the teams that scream and freak out at every little thing. This team rarely points out "orbs" because usually they are just dust or insects. That holds more credibility with me.

I am just as excited as you are. I love ghost hunters i watch every wednesday 7 to 10. they just started putting destination truth on which is another really good show. I was trying to figure out any way to be in the academy if this is no an open thing they are gonna train more than one group. i have wanted to be a parapsycologists ever since i new what a ghost was. this is my dream and i cant wait to hear of all the opossibilties. i want to work with the taps team. hopefully i will get the oppurtunity to! But i gotcha girl im excited too
