Nowadays, for fat people, there are many things they can do to shed pounds, losing weight quickly. However, just like any sudden changes to your body, it may ve dangerous for most people to lose weight fast, which can lead to lots of side effects on your body and health. Some ads show us that their products can help you lose fat rapidly, healthily, and sustainably, but almost all of them are scams following our experience. So, how to lose weight fast & safely? Are there any ways can help fat people lose weight quickly but have no side effects? Thank you for your reply in advance.

In addition to the fact that it isn't really that safe to lose weight quickly, it is also true in the majority of cases that if you lose weight too rapidly, you are less likely to keep the weight off. That said, I've lost a fairly good amount of weight this year and the way that I did it is by drinking lots and lots of water and exercise. I'll jog, ride my stationary bike and also play Wii fitness games. I don't have money to join a gym so I do what I can for cheap.

I agree with you Ms. Doran! More water and regular exercise including the use of fitness equipment like that stationary bike help a lot to lose weight gradually. Water will not only help us lose weight but will also cleanse our body and make our skin looking good. I am happy to hear that you lose weight this year. Keep on and you will finally reach your ideal weight!

hi,getbrowser ,in my opinion,regular physical activity can make your body more symmetrical,every morning to run for a while can make you feel better all day.please do not eat high protein ,high fat food,this will make you more fat.no matter what ,please keep a good mood. good luck

the best way from which I got positive results for me is walking. walking or jogging every day will really satisfy you and get you good results. without diet you can go on this path and get the great results. ofcorse it has no side effects and your health becomes more effective in future.

I think the best way is less eating and do more exicise,however,eating is not too less because the BMR will be low,eat a little you still be fat.so eat less than before time and do more sports than before,you will lose weight fast and safely

Hi getbrowser You can lose weight by doing some yoga asana so many times. I n the starting do it in less times and day by day increase the counts by 1 or 2. You can also do suryanamaskar. Hello! =] I'm not sure if this would work for everybody, but it worked for my aunt, and I've started it just recently and so far I see a little positive effects. First of all, she drank nothing but water and milk [with a V-8 once a day]. She made sure to drink 8 to 10 glasses a day, and a glass of milk with breakfast. She used portion control - big time. She looked up how many portions of veggies, fruits, meats, protiens, [etc] a day she needed to consume, and did. She did get a little help from drinking a V-8 once a day as well. She didn't change much exercise wise, but she did little things like taking the stairs instead of the elevator, and parking at the other end of the parking lot. She did add in one half-hour of exercise, but it was mostly just a mix of walking and riding bike. She lost 13 pounds the first month, and 14 the next. She's on her seventh month, and over all she's love 64 pounds! I don't know if you consider that fast, but it's safe and healthy for your body.

I wish there was really something that could reduce the weight fast and effective, but there isn't. Well i prefer the natural methods, drinking lots of water, exercises, having a balanced diet. You can also try having green tea twice daily, and quarter pineapple after lunch...But all of these require effort and they are slow.

I am not sure how fast you are looking to lose weight but I know an effective way but it will take some time but you will be able to keep it off as well. I was able to lose about 40 lbs within 9 months and have kept it off for the past three years, I was also able to eat pretty much the same foods that I always had. I put myself on a 1500 calorie diet. First of all I cut out regular soda and switched to diet this way I could eat more and not fill myself with empty calories because then I would be more hungry and just eat more. Second I bought some new measuring cups because the ones I had weren't very good and i also got a notepad to keep track of the foods I was eating. If you keep track and count your calories you will be able to lose weight and be able to keep it off without cutting out the foods that you enjoy. Now that doesn't mean that you can eat junk/candy bars for breakfast lunch and dinner but you will be able to eat real foods still not just rabbit food. Measure and count your food and calories and you will manage to lose weight. Here is an example of what I mean. If you wake and have one cup of milk, a slice of toast with strawberry jam and a banana for breakfast than your notepad for today's breakfast should look like this: 1 cup milk = 45 calories Slice of bread = 28 calories Tablespoon strawberry jam = 15 calories Banana = 70 calories Now my calories are not accurate I am just using this as an example but if it were then I would say that for breakfast I had a total of 158 calories so therefore I can only have 1342 calories for the rest of the day. If you keep your calories within a range that you can do depending on how active or inactive you are then you should be able to lose weight and keep it off. Good luck!!

For me .I have some steps .the first one. don't eat too much food .of I should choose some food that is good for lose weight .and second ,I 'll add sport .for example /basketball .football .so everyday ,I 'll added Sport . Limted the food acount .Don't eat too much ,of course, don't be hungry ,too .so I think the best way that you do more sports .

There is no quick way to lose weight. The only thing I guess is not to eat at all but your health will suffer. I believe that everything has to come in moderation. You eat less but food that is nutritious. I also believe that we should cut down on eating pork meat. It is dangerous to one's health later on in life. I strongly believe that we should exercise for it helps to make your blood move around your body and it gives oxygen to energize our system.

Anything fast is harmfull....and lossing and gaining dependes upon the body...some people loss or gain very easly and some does but takes lots off things.. On my view regardding this....i will suggest upon two thigs... 1. Diet: Early moring before break fast one shoud have lemon juice with a spoon of honey in it....for every day.. Have a very good break fast, eat more, so that your hole day goes good, in lunch, eat less quantity of food and at nights have salades or jucies.. 2. Workout : Runnig is the best workout for lossing weight.....if you are very heavy they preffer walking Dont go for the prodects that are shown in telebrands...they cause you sever side effects...

Defenitely there are some ways to loose our weight fastly and effectively and without any side effects. 1. Avoid food that contains fat 2. Avoid greasy food and icecream and junk foods 3. Do physical exercises regularly 4. Brisk walk will help 5. Breathing exercise like pranayama will work wonders All the above mentioned will defenitely control the weight in a safe way.

hey getbrowser,the best way to lose weight quickly is not eat dinner.if you have to have it then eat only fruits or curd after 6.by not eating dinner you are dieting for almost 9-10 hours.this is a natural way.you can practise yoga.its really helps cut down weight with out sweating yourselves.hapoe these were useful happy mylotting

I am not sure if it will work for you but it did for me - skip a meal in the night which I am told is the culprit that adds that extra baggage around us. Since after a night's meal there is no exertion or exercise all what we eat converts itself into calories.

Hi friend, Don't reduce your food and all. eat usually... But without oil. Avoid oil items, Dalda, ghee, Chat items like pissa, burger, Avoid Maida foods, Masala items... Its enough to lose your weight as well as its good for health. Other than this if you wish you can do some exercises...

Take care of your health, don't eat fast food. Try doing some sports.. i suggest you to swim or play basketball which helped me alot to get skinny.
