how many of you agree with the fact that mother-in-law treats her daughter and daughter-in-law differently?i agree that mother in law looks down her daughter in law while treats her daughter loyally.i have seen this in many families even in my family also this difference.what do u say?

Hi! There is a difference in the way mothers treat their daughters and daughter in laws. I try to treat my daughter in law the same way i treat my daughters, yes some times it is very hard, but i do give it a 100% effort. My mother in law on the other hand cannot stand me, but i survive and go on because i love her son and no matter how she treats me i will continue to love him.

that may be the case in SOME families but not mine....My mother in law is absolutely WONDERFUL and treats all of us daughter in laws (I'm the newest of the bunch) with nothing but love and compassion equal to how she loves her girls...

There may be a difference in the way a mother considering a daughter and her daughter in law. But, according to me the way my mother in law behaves to me is very nice and I am happy about it. I have seen that mother in laws behave more nicer to their daughter in laws compared to their daughters. My mom fights with me or yell at me if I do a mistake, but at the same time she presnts it in a nicer way to her daughter in law.
