what animal is this?

on my son's educational trip, they showed us this animal.
it looks like a llama but they said it is not. i did not really catch the name they called it.
can someone out there tell me what this animal is called. i need it for my son's school project.

Hi, this is an Alpacka. they look like the llama, I think they are in the same family i am not sure. but you can look them up online and the site will tell you more about them. I think i spelled the name correctly, if not the search result's will tell you it's not right and tell you the correct spelling. good luck with your son's school project.
