chicken adobo is cooked basically with just soy sauce, vinegar, pepper corns, and garlic. it can be cooked in many ways but as long as you put all those ingredients together and let the chicken simmer in it, presto! you get adobo. it is one of my favorite dishes that i cook often.

yes this mother is definitely insane. no mother in her right mind would be able to do this. she may be under the influence of illegal substances that is affecting her brain. even if a mother is having a really difficult time raising her children and she has no money to buy food for her children, she still would not be able to do this if she is in her right mind.

yes avocados are healthy but they also have loads of fat and calories. if you are on a diet it is definitely one of the fruits you should take in moderation of. avocados are also good skin moisturizers. they make a great facial mask for those with dry skin and wringkles.
