What will you do if you have short term memory loss...?

maybe i'll make a video that tells me what to do every time I forgot what happened to me. Like in the movie "50 first dates" ..I'll just put a label on the tape or cd "please play this". Or if I happen to forgot little things all the time I'll have a note with me. And it will be my guide for everyday life. Or if i still forgot so many things I'll hire an assistant who will do the thinking for me. hahaha,j/k happy mylotting!

It's hard to say what will i do if such thing happened on me. I never experienced such thing and never even saw anyone in real who happened such thing. But, just my imagination and my own thought, i think perhaps i will try to asking people around me about the past of me. I think it's important to know all about ourself no matter it's about good things or bad things. Usually such short term memory loss is just a matter of time. When the time is come, or something shocking us, we can get back our loss memory immediately. So when we get back our loss memory, i think it doesn't mean we will loss our current memory. In this case, according to tv shows and many books i ever read before, we will have double memory in our brain, which are from the current situation and the loss memory which come back to us. I think such thing is complicated for the patient, but the fact if such thing really happened on me, at least i know the risk from now on. Good luck and have a nice day. Happy mylotting.

Short-term memory loss is one of the many side effects that can be caused by chemotherapy. In my case, it returned, but very slowly. I do still have some memory lapses, though, and the doctors tell me I always will...

hi chandra, After several operations during my infertility treatment, I did notice that I'm having memory gaps but only after a short while then I would remember something undone after an hour or so. At work I begin to make listings of everything like things to do, meetings to be attended to and all that pertains to my administrative functions. Otherwise I'll be lost for a while and may put things out of order. Good Day!

We are the house of sticky notes..telephone #'s, addresses, grocery add-ons and such..so I suspect there'd need be more sticky notes put about. Actually, it might be great fun, as I love puzzles, and being the puzzle could prove quite interesting...Enjoy!

Well i'll be very happy because i really have something that i really really want to forget right now. And it seem i cannot forget about it. Anyway, is it possible to have short term memory or it is only happened in movie only. Well that's it from me, sorry if it couldn't help you at all.
