I need help. I opened my Paypal this morning and I am shocked because my funds had been deducted $20. I have viewed the details and It says there that it was a payment to Metronet Inc. Actually, two transactions was there, both $10 each. So, in total, I lost $20. I don't even know what Metronet is. It was stated on the details that I have ordered one widget. What is that about? I'm totally confused and I do not know what to do. Below the details was this statement:This credit card transaction will appear on your bill as Paypal Metronet. Huh? What will I do? I need my money back? Fellow Mylotters, how can I fix this? Please help, I need the money.

Oh so this is what happened to your Paypal funds.. I havent heard of that Metronet thing though. Through online searching, a railway has come up and some site that accepts donations. There are also some articles about a Metronet company taking a hit. I didnt read them anymore. Well, you should constantly change your paypal password. Never give out your paypal address unless you're expecting payment from a secured site. Maybe you can try to refund your account. Or reverse the payment. I think there's a button somewhere in our Paypal dashboard. Im just not sure.. Well, Im still interested to push through with our transaction. Hope everything works out with Paypal. Update me when you're ready.

I think so too. Have you recalled signing up for any offers like cash-back thingy or something? Perhaps you have, if not you wouldn't be deducted $20. I hope I'm wrong and you can gain back that amount of money. Any tasks you done lately too? Because I heard there is this $10 task thingy that you need to pay $5 to gain $10; or something like that..

I would call pay pal and try to get it strained out and you should also change your pass word for paypal just to be on the safe side. I would also try to contact the company that took your money

Do you do "offers" or surveys online? It sounds like you may have unintentionally signed up for a subscription somewhere. That happened to me once when I didn't read the VERY FINE PRINT in some terms and conditions. That's why I don't do them anymore. You definitely need to contact PayPal by phone to find out how to block them.
