Loosing Weight Especially to Slim Down my Stomach

I find it hard to loose some weight. Especially to slim down my tummy. My cousin told me to stand up around 10 minutes after a meal so I will not gain a chubby stomach. However, I find it hard to do it. Hence, I just continue sitting after a meal. Now, I just cant wear a fitted clothes due to chubby stomach. My stomach is not that big but I dont have the guts to wear slightly fitted clothes. Is there any other way I can do to slim down? Any good advice from myLot colleagues?

The bulging belly could really be a problem. A friend told me to contract the belly whenever you can... while sitting in the office, while lying on the bed or couch watching tv, while walking... Might take sometime but the bump will diminish. I think it is effective.

Good advice about contracting your stomach muscles as often as possible. I have the same problem and the only thing that works for me is to stay away from starchy foods like pasta, potatoes, bread and rice. I eat those things is moderation two days a week and the rest of the week I eat only protein, veggies and two pieces of fruit a day. Good luck.
